Visiting the Corsini Botanical Gardens is an extraordinary and unique cultural experience. Let our guides show you the rare collection of plants, discuss the history of the garden and discuss the history of Porto Ercole from the primitive days to the Etruscans and the Romans, how it was conquered by Florence from Siena and handed to the Spanish for administration. The history of the historic village and the imposing fortresses that dominate it.
From the 1st of October, visits are only available through reservation.

 The delightful seaside village of Porto Ercole rises in the southern part of the promontory of Monte Argentario, a village of particular beauty, rich in history, culture and monuments of great architectural interest. The entrance to the garden is on Via delle Passioniste, on the right of Viale Caravaggio, the main road that coasts the harbor on one side and the garden on the other and leads to the historic village of Porto Ercole.

The Association maintains both the botanical as well as the infrastructural aspects of the garden. The association also organizes and overseas all events that take place throughout the year with particular emphasis during the busy summer months.

All visits to the garden must be booked in advance by email at info@ortobotanicocorsini.org all visits are always accompanied by our multilingual guides. It is not possible to visit the garden without accompaniment.
